Every project is different so they are all my favorite.

Favorite moment you’ve had while working with a customer?

Being able to meet their dogs or cats.

Favorite compliment a customer has given you on your work?

“The office staff is great”.

What was your biggest challenge while working on a project with Zephyr Thomas?

Having to deal with H.O.A.s.

How do you enjoy your time outside of work?

Gardening, hiking, and making candles.

What is your best characteristic at work?

My willingness to help.

What excites you the most about your work and the contributions you make?

I love seeing the transformation of a project, especially one I had to do drawings for.

What do you do at Zephyr Thomas?

I am the Drafter, Permits & Operations Specialist, and the one who takes before & after photos of certain projects.

How do your coworkers describe you?

The young adventurous one.

What has this job taught you?

This job has helped me communicate more effectively and to keep my cool in tough situations.

What was your first job?

Working for my mom in her tearoom.

How do you like to overcome challenges with clients?

Try to stay calm and figure out the problem, then try and resolve it.

Yes, I would. I trust our installers to do the job correctly and to get the job done in a timely manner.
