For Zephyr-Thomas no job is too small not be done well! I had difficulty finding a contractor willing to add vinyl porch and step railing to my house. Some were “too busy” others said “code doesn’t require step railing” another said “I don’t have a mason to remodel your existing porch columns for railing - if you can get one give us a call.” But the estimator for Zephyr Thomas talked to us about what we wanted - gave us a very reasonable estimate and quickly arranged for construction. They do meticulous work and gave us an excellent result.

I had Zephyr Thomas replace my rotted wooden porch railing with a new vinyl railing, and I am very happy with their services! I was most impressed with the careful estimate they provided - Dave understood that I wanted to keep costs down as much as possible, and he went above and beyond trying to figure out how to keep as much of my existing railing as possible to cut down on costs. In the end, we discovered that more of the existing railing was rotted than I initially thought, so we did have to replace almost everything, but the time and effort he put into our potential options (rather than trying to just sell a more expensive project) was greatly appreciated! Zephyr Thomas's estimate was also much lower (about 60% lower!) than the estimate I received from the other local company I had come out for an estimate. Zephyr Thomas completed the project when I was at work all day, and I was tickled to come home to a beautiful new railing with no evidence that work was even done - they left the area spotless!
