Vertical 4-Track Patio Enclosure

Vertical 4-track windows create a 3-season living space. This option enables our customers to enjoy a new space to their home while keeping out the elements such as rain and wind. The vertical 4-track windows are versatile. They can be opened to the top or bottom of the window tract. This makes it possible for the patio enclosure to have a floor-to-ceiling view if desired.

Replacement Windows, Roof Repair, & Patio Enclosure
Our project: to completely replace our screening system for a large screened in porch, including a newer, higher durability screen door. Worked with Josh as the sales/customer service rep for Zephyr Thomas. Two guys worked on our project: Derrick (the lead) and Mike. All three guys from ZT were professional, buttoned up, helpful, and engaging. Josh went out of his way to follow up - stopping by while the project was underway and afterward to ensure our satisfaction. He recommended a plan of action that solved our core problem (gale-force winds hitting our porch annihilated the prior screening system). The workmanship was excellent. We have one final small issue to resolve but have been assured it will be completed in a timely way. We are confident - given the work to date and interactions with ZT staff - that, in fact, final completion will be timely.
