In 2013, Zephyr Thomas built a 2-room sunroom & pool room addition to my house. They did an excellent job. Recently, l noticed that one of the windows had a broken seal & we were getting condensation on the inside. I called Zephyr Thomas & explained the problem. John May came out, looked at the window & measured it, then said he’d order a replacement window & put it in. Yesterday, two workers came out, removed the leaky window & put the new one in. They were quick, thorough, and professional and did an excellent job.

Zephyr Thomas completed a project for us this past week. They replaced our rotting deck with a beautiful stamped concrete patio, then transformed our old sunroom, with some rotting structure, into a gorgeous 3 Season room, with vinyl plank flooring, all new windows & doors. Something that was a " catch-all " is now a usable and attractive part of our home. EVERYBODY from Zephyr Thomas was a pleasure to work with. For the past few years, we have had a window that has leaked, and have put it on the back burner because we have had other bigger problems with the house. Recently, some of the wood from the window fell down, and we realized that we had a massive termite infestation. After taking care of the termites, we had Zephyr Thomas come out and look at the window and gave us a very fair price but told us that they would not be able to know the extent of the damage from the termites until they actually opened the wall up. We totally understood and expected the worst. When the day finally came, Derek and Chris came out to replace the window and by some miracle, the termites had only eaten the window frame. They were shocked, we were shocked, everyone was shocked. By some miracle what we thought was going to be a massive job turned out to be a very simple window installation. Derek and Chris were very professional, were able to get the job done very quickly, and even left a fun note on our driveway with the sidewalk chalk that I had left out from my three year old. To top it off, we got a call back later saying that because they needed less supplies than they had originally planned for they took money off of our final price. We were so happy with their service and so impressed with how fair and honest they were with their pricing. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

We had two dormers installed in our garage by Zephyr Thomas. Josh Lapham came to our house, took measurements, provided the estimate, and detailed drawings. Awesome experience from initial contact to the end of the project. We had a small AC window replaced with a normal size window. Our craftsmen, Bill and Mike, knocked it out quickly. They had to cut through the exterior brick and interior sheet rock and made it look easy. They answered all my questions, took care to minimize dust (there was none!) and cleaned up afterwards. It was just a top notch job and we're really pleased with the work and product. We're also very impressed with their web page. Part two! 5 Nov 19. We once again hired Zephyr Thomas to do a job for us as they did such outstanding work previously. This time they repaired the cap and caulk on our bay window as the original installers did a poor job that we didn't catch until just recently. These guys are good and professional. Window looks great! One of the best parts of working with the craftsmen are their wiliness to talk with you and explain what they are doing. I was even given a show and tell on how the aluminum was bent to be an exact fit for my window. Once again, I am very happy with the entire Zephyr team. Part 3. Once again the Zephyr Thomas crew rocked. We had a new bathroom light fixture and switch installed. Perfect ! In addition, we also replaced an old kitchen sink with a new stainless steel model. Another job well done. I will say that every time we've used Zephyr Thomas we've been completely satisfied.

Dear sir, So often we hear the bad experiences people have when they have work done at their home. We wanted to convey the positive experience we had with you company. We were interested in replacement windows and patio door. Daryel Sensenig came to our home, answered our questions and recommended Seaway windows and patio door. We were in the middle of refinance on our home and needed time to get the loan required to do the work, and Daryel was very understanding of our situation. Now we come to early April and the install. Patrick and Thomas come to do the work. They were on time and did a remarkable job! The window installation is so seamless, you can not tell the windows were not put in when the house was built. The patio door installed by Thomas is outstanding! With the new door, there was going to be a large gap between the chair rail and the standard case molding. Thomas said he could caulk it, but he didn't think it would look right. He took the time to find larger casing to meet with the chair rail. Let me tell you, that decision made the door! We can not tell you how happy we are with your products, and most of all, the craftsman that installed the products. Your entire staff is to be congratulated, for a job well done! After another disaster trying to use a York county contractor – this time for some simple landscaping because I supposedly have hypertension – I want to thank you again for making the effort to come and fix the window on the sunroom. In brief, they tore out my garden lights along the pathway for some unknown reason (I made him buy me new solar ones), mowed down a bunch of my wife's flowers(I could've done that), and damaged the asphalt drain lip on my driveway backing a trailer in – especially after I told the guy to be careful. He promised to fix it but after two weeks it still wasn't done so I didn't pay him the other half of the job. Sipe's Sealcoating, one of the few good and reliable outfits around here, said he'd fix the lip for forty bucks so I'm actually ahead. Needless to say my blood pressure doubled and I used some very unchurchlike language when their boss showed up – I was fit to be tied. So I want you and your company to know again I appreciate your time and effort on my behalf and will recommend your company without hesitation and you as a contact in particular. I retired from NYC Government after 44 years of service this past June and relocated to Lancaster to be near my Grandchildren. Worked with Josh as the sales/customer service rep for Zephyr Thomas. Two guys worked on our project: Derrick (the lead) and Mike. Josh went out of his way to follow up - stopping by while the project was underway and afterward to ensure our satisfaction. Dear Mr. Thomas, In September of this year, two of your employees came to my house to do some home improvements and repairs. it was a Monday morning at 9:00 AM when Donnie and Steve showed up. For Zephyr-Thomas no job is too small not be done well! I had difficulty finding a contractor willing to add vinyl porch and step railing to my house. Some were “too busy” others said “code doesn’t require step railing” another said “I don’t have a mason to remodel your existing porch columns for railing - if you can get one give us a call.” But the estimator for Zephyr Thomas talked to us about what we wanted - gave us a very reasonable estimate and quickly arranged for construction. They do meticulous work and gave us an excellent result.

A few coworkers recommended Zephyr Thomas because they had used them and were very satisfied with the work they had done. I am enclosing a separate check with the request you divide it equally between the two men who installed my windows. Not only did they do an excellent job, but they did it under adverse weather conditions. Had it been my job I would have had to come inside occasionally to warm up. I invited them to come inside for a warm cup of coffee when needed, but they chose to stay outside, even to eat their lunch. There men were not only efficient in their job, but also courteous. they are deserving od an acknowledgment of thanks for a job well done. Zephyr-Thomas recently completed installing new siding on the eves of our house as well as new railing on our front porch. We were very happy with all phases of the work. They offered an extensive selection of high quality material for us to pick from and were very patient and not at all pushy as we made our decisions. We had several windows replaced at our church earlier this year. Josh came out to work up the estimate. He met with me at the showroom and showed me several different types of windows and how they were constructed so we could make an informed decision about which windows best suited our needs. During the installation the crew always cleaned up at the end of the day so there was never any clutter. The new windows are beautiful and the congregation was pleased with the results. When we decided to add an all-season room to our house, we looked for a contractor who could turn our idea in our dream room. We wanted a local company who had a solid reputation for quality.
