I wanted to drop you a note and thank
you and all the people involved in our
home addition/improvement project.
No words could ever cover how happy
we are with the end result. As you
may remember I struggled with having
the project started for many months.
My primary concerns were finding the
time to "babysit" a contractor and
knowing enough about construction to
be dangerous but not enough to
actually do the work. I mentioned to
you at our first meeting I wanted it to
be a worry, stress free project. From
the first day when I talked one of your
installers , asking him about some
potential work, it indeed was an easy
process. In a matter of days of talking
to your installer, you contacted me and
set up an appointment. At that time
you assured me you would make it as
painless as possible. I really
appreciate the patience, timeliness, and
craftsmanship everyone showed
throughout the process. Things were
done when we were told they would
be done, everyone was very friendly
and not only did the expected but
many times took the extra steps to go
above and beyond the expectation. If
something had to be changed or altered,
the reasoning behind the change were
thoroughly explained to us so there
were no surprises. The secretary,
Renee, was always available to answer
any questions or find the person who
could in a very timely fashion. She is
truly an asset to your company. Our
installers were a fantastic group of
guys. These guys take a lot of pride in
what they do and they did a wonderful
job. The rest of the framing crew were
great guys with great attitudes. So I
just wanted to say THANK YOU! I
would definitly recommend Zephyr
Thomas to anyone interested in home
improvements. It was a worry free,
stress free experience and the end
results are everything we expected and
more.
